§ 17.1-200. Clerk of Supreme Court; appointment; removal.

There shall be a clerk of the Supreme Court, who shall be appointed by andshall hold office at the pleasure of the Court. In addition to his regularduties as clerk, he shall perform such other duties and services as the Courtmay require, without additional compensation.
