§ 17.1-204. Examination of office and accounts of clerk.

The books and accounts of the clerk of the Supreme Court shall be auditedannually and at such other times as the Court may deem proper by the Auditorof Public Accounts who shall make reports of his findings to the Governor andfile a copy of such report with the Court within thirty days after thecompletion of any such audit.
