§ 17.1-243. Courts to have land books bound.

The circuit courts shall bind, in volumes of convenient size, all books intheir respective clerks' offices not currently bound showing the assessmentsof lands since the year 1850, and shall bind in like volumes such bookshereafter filed in their clerks' offices at intervals of not more than fiveyears.
