§ 17.1-251. Indexing of certain subdivision plats or maps.

When any plat or map of a subdivision which contains fifteen lots or more isrecorded in the general index, the clerk shall, in addition to complying withthe requirements set forth in § 17.1-249, add the magisterial districtwherein the subdivision is located. Such plat or map shall also show thesource of title of the immediate grantor.
