§ 17.1-289. Commission on certain local collections not otherwise providedfor.

The clerk of every circuit court shall be entitled to a commission of fivepercent on local collections received by the clerk on which a commission isnot otherwise provided for by law. The commissions shall be deducted by theclerk before the collections are paid into the county, town or city treasury.
