§ 17.1-327. Payment for services of retired judges; members of the StateCorporation Commission and Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.

Any justice, judge, member of the State Corporation Commission, or member ofthe Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission who is retired under theJudicial Retirement System (§ 51.1-300 et seq.) and who is temporarilyrecalled to service shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred duringsuch service and shall be paid a per diem of $200 for each day he actuallysits, exclusive of travel time.
