§ 17.1-906. Jurisdiction of Supreme Court.

In addition to the jurisdiction conferred on the Supreme Court by Article VI,Section 1 and Section 10 of the Constitution of Virginia, to conduct hearingsand impose sanctions upon the filing by the Commission of complaints againstjustices of the Supreme Court, judges of other courts of record, and membersof the State Corporation Commission, the Supreme Court by virtue of thischapter shall have the same jurisdiction, to be exercised in the same manner,upon the filing by the Commission of complaints against all other judges asdefined in this chapter.
