§ 17.1-915. Witness fees; mileage; exception.

A. Each witness, shall receive for his attendance the same fees and allwitnesses shall receive the same mileage allowed by law to a witness in civilcases. The amount shall be paid by the Commission from funds appropriated forthe use of the Commission.

B. This section shall not apply to an officer or employee of the Commonwealthor a political subdivision thereof, or an officer or an employee of a courtof the Commonwealth.
