§ 18.2-498.2. Definitions.

When used in this article, the term:

1. "Person" includes any natural person, any trust or association ofpersons, formal or otherwise, or any corporation, partnership, company orother legal or commercial entity.

2. "Commercial dealing" shall mean any offer, acceptance, agreement, orsolicitation to sell or offer to sell or distribute goods, services orconstruction, to the Commonwealth of Virginia, or any local government withinthe Commonwealth or any department or agency thereof.
