§ 18.2-507. Injunctions against violation of § 18.2-505.

Whenever a college, university or other institution of higher learning inthis Commonwealth shall duly file a civil action in the circuit court of anycounty or city against any person alleging violations of the provisions of §18.2-505, and praying that such party defendant be restrained and enjoinedfrom continuing the acts complained of, such court shall have jurisdiction tohear and determine the issues involved, to issue injunctions pendente liteand permanent injunctions and to decree damages and costs of suit, includingreasonable counsel fees to complainants' counsel.
