§ 18.2-177. Illegal use of insignia.

Any person who shall willfully wear, exhibit, display, print, or use, for anypurpose, the badge, motto, button, decoration, charm, emblem, rosette, orother insignia of any such association or organization mentioned in §2.2-411, duly registered under Article 2 (§ 2.2-411 et seq.) of Chapter 4,Title 2.2, unless he shall be entitled to use and wear the same under theconstitution and bylaws, rules and regulations of such association ororganization, shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor.
