§ 18.2-230. Same; assisting in violation of §§ 18.2-226 through 18.2-229.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association or corporation to aidor assist any other person, firm, association or corporation in the violationof the provisions of §§ 18.2-226 through 18.2-229 by depositing or deliveringinto any tank, receptacle or other container any other liquid fuels,lubricating oils or like products than those intended to be stored thereinand distributed therefrom, as indicated by the name of the manufacturer ordistributor or the trademark or trade name of the product displayed on thecontainer itself, or on the pump or other distributing device used inconnection therewith.
