§ 18.2-259. Penalties to be in addition to civil or administrative sanctions.

Any penalty imposed for violation of this article or of the Drug Control Act(§ 54.1-3400 et seq.) shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civilor administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.
