§ 19.2-215.11. Discharge of grand jury.

At any time during the original or extended term of a multi-jurisdictiongrand jury, the presiding judge may discharge the grand jury if, in theopinion of the presiding judge, the existence of the multi-jurisdiction grandjury is no longer necessary.
