§ 19.2-270.6. Evidence of abuse admissible in certain criminal trials.

In any criminal prosecution alleging personal injury or death, or the attemptto cause personal injury or death, relevant evidence of repeated physical andpsychological abuse of the accused by the victim shall be admissible, subjectto the general rules of evidence.
