§ 19.2-302. Construction and administration of §§ 19.2-300 and 19.2-301.

Nothing contained in § 19.2-300 or 19.2-301 shall be construed to conflictwith or repeal any statute in regard to the Department of Behavioral Healthand Developmental Services, and such sections shall be administered with dueregard to the authority of, and in cooperation with, the Commissioner ofBehavioral Health and Developmental Services.
