§ 19.2-348. Attorneys for Commonwealth or clerks to superintend issue ofexecutions, etc.

The attorney for the Commonwealth or the clerk of the circuit court shallsuperintend the issuing of all executions or judgments for fines andpenalties going wholly or in part to the Commonwealth or a county, city ortown, in the circuit court or appropriate district court of his county orcity.
