§ 19.2-353. Certain fines paid into Literary Fund.

The proceeds of all fines and penalties collected for offenses committedagainst the Commonwealth, and directed by Article VIII, Section 8 of theConstitution of Virginia to be set apart as a part of a perpetual andpermanent literary fund, shall be paid and collected only in lawful money ofthe United States, and shall be paid into the state treasury to the credit ofthe Literary Fund, and shall be used for no other purpose whatsoever.
