§ 19.2-47.1. Disposition of funds.

All funds paid to and collected by or on behalf of a magistrate shall be paidpromptly to the appropriate district court clerk, circuit court clerk,commissioner in chancery, department of the Commonwealth, federal agency oras otherwise authorized by statute.
