§ 19.2-90. Extradition of persons who have left demanding state involuntarily.

The Governor may also surrender on demand of the executive authority of anyother state any person in this Commonwealth who is charged in the mannerprovided in §§ 19.2-109 to 19.2-111, with having violated the laws of thestate whose executive authority is making the demand, even though such personleft the demanding state involuntarily.
