§ 19.2-127. Conditions of release of material witness.

If it appears by affidavit that the testimony of a person is material in anycriminal proceeding, and it reasonably appears that it will be impossible tosecure his presence by a subpoena, a judge shall inquire into the conditionsof his release pursuant to this article.
