§ 19.2-152.6. Withdrawal from pretrial services.

Any participating city or county may, at the beginning of any calendarquarter, by ordinance or resolution of its governing authority, notify theDepartment of Criminal Justice Services of its intention to withdraw fromparticipation in pretrial services. Such withdrawal shall be effective as ofthe last day of the quarter in which such notice is given.
