§ 2.2-110. Officers of Commonwealth and its institutions to make reports toGovernor.

The officers of the executive branch of state government and superintendentsand boards of state institutions, shall make to the Governor written reportsat the times prescribed by law or at any time the Governor may require on anysubject relating to their offices and institutions. The reports shall be in aform and contain such information as the Governor may require. The reportsshall be filed in the office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, and underhis supervision, summarized and recorded in books kept for the purpose.
