2.2-134 - Authority to create gubernatorial commissions.

§ 2.2-134. Authority to create gubernatorial commissions.

A. The Governor may create gubernatorial commissions for purposes related tohis authority and responsibility. These entities shall be referred to as"Commissions."

B. For the purpose of this chapter, "gubernatorial commission" includes anytemporary study group, task force, blue ribbon panel or any similar collegialbody created by the Governor.
