§ 2.2-1139. Transfer of funds; acceptance of donations.

The Governor may transfer to the Department for use by the Division fundsappropriated to any state department, agency or institution for theconstruction, alteration, reconstruction and repair of any building to beerected or acquired for the use of such department, institutional agency, orfor the acquisition of land for such building, or for planning,architectural, engineering or other studies in connection therewith, and mayaccept funds donated for such purposes.
