§ 2.2-1150.1. Lease or conveyance of any interest in State Policecommunication tower.

Proceeds and any in-kind goods or services received from all sales or leasesor conveyances of any interest in Department of State Police communicationtowers received pursuant to §§ 2.2-1150.2, 2.2-1151, and 2.2-1156, above thecosts of the transaction, shall be deposited into a special account of theDepartment of State Police to be used to operate, acquire, construct,maintain, repair, or replace communication towers or sites.
