§ 2.2-1169. Mail handling, messenger and parcel service.

The Division shall operate a central service unit to provide all statedepartments, divisions, institutions and agencies in the Richmond area withmail handling, messenger and parcel service. These services may, if deemedappropriate, be extended to state departments, divisions, institutions andagencies in other areas of the Commonwealth.
