§ 2.2-1517. Agency submission of information.

In addition to all other reporting requirements imposed upon state agenciesand public educational institutions provided under law, state agencies andpublic educational institutions shall submit to the Advisory Committeeinformation requested by the Advisory Committee in the format and on theschedule established by the Advisory Committee for the initial development ofthe capital outlay project list as described in § 2.2-1516, as well as forthe annual modifications to the six-year capital outlay plan described in §2.2-1518. The information for the annual modifications shall include, but notbe limited to, changes in cost estimates.
