§ 2.2-1507. Participation of certain agencies in budget development processof other agencies.

Agencies having responsibilities granted under §§ 2.2-703, 2.2-2011, and2.2-2696 shall participate in the budget development process of relevantagencies and receive from these agencies, prior to submission to theDepartment their proposed programs and budgets. Recommendations to theappropriate agencies and the secretaries of the Governor on related mattersshall be made prior to budget submissions.
