§ 2.2-1602. Review of Department; report to Governor and General Assembly.

Every four years the duties of the Department shall be reviewed by theSecretary of Finance to determine whether they should be restructured oreliminated. A report of the Secretary of Finance's determination shall beprovided to the Governor and the General Assembly.
