§ 2.2-1807. Investments, etc., in custody of State Treasurer.

The State Treasurer shall be charged with the custody of all investments andinvested funds of the Commonwealth or in possession of the Commonwealth in afiduciary capacity, and shall keep the accounts of such investments. TheState Treasurer shall also be charged with the custody of all bonds andcertificates of the state debts, whether unissued or canceled, and with thereceipt and delivery of state bonds and certificates for transfer,registration or exchange.
