§ 2.2-1811. Unpresented checks drawn by State Treasurer; replacement andpayment.

The State Treasurer shall report and remit, pursuant to the provisions of §§55-210.9, 55-210.12 and 55-210.14, all checks drawn by him on statedepositories that have not been presented for payment within one year fromthe date of issuance.
