§ 2.2-1817. Commonwealth shall not be liable for loss in collection ofchecks, etc.

The Commonwealth shall not be liable for any loss resulting from lack ofdiligence on the part of any depository in forwarding, or in failing tocollect, any check, draft, or electronic transfer of funds as is referred toin § 2.2-1804, or for the loss of any check, draft, or electronic transfer offunds in transmission through the mails or otherwise.
