§ 2.2-214. Responsibility of certain agencies within the Secretariat; reviewof regulations.

The Boards of Health, Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, SocialServices, and Medical Assistance Services and the Department ofRehabilitative Services shall review their regulations and policies relatedto service delivery in order to ascertain and eliminate any discriminationagainst individuals infected with human immunodeficiency virus.
