§ 2.2-224. Secretary of Public Safety to publish certain list.

The Secretary shall publish annually a list of those localities that haveacquired any aircraft through forfeiture procedures. The list shall include adescription of each aircraft so acquired. The Secretary shall develop aprogram to encourage the use of such aircraft for travel associated withlaw-enforcement purposes, including but not limited to, extradition ofprisoners and arrestees within and without the Commonwealth.
