§ 2.2-2024. Annual plan; allowable uses of Fund.

The CIO shall prepare a plan that identifies the projects in which the Fundwill participate. The plan shall be consistent with the statewide plan forinformation technology and shall consider the use of existing resources andlong-term operation and maintenance costs. Projects having the greatestbenefit to state government as a whole shall have the highest priority in theplan.
