§ 2.2-2002. Department offices.

The Commissioner shall maintain an office in the vicinity of the StateCapitol in Richmond. He may maintain service offices in the Commonwealth inwhatever locations he determines to be necessary to carry out the provisionsof this chapter. The Commissioner shall ensure that benefit claims assistanceis provided on a regular basis at locations other than established serviceoffices.
