§ 2.2-2201. Short title; definitions.

A. This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Virginia CommercialSpace Flight Authority Act".

B. As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:

"Project" means the construction, improvement, furnishing, maintenance,acquisition or operation of any facility or the provision for or funding ofany activity that will further the purposes described in § 2.2-2202.
