§ 2.2-2210. Refunding bonds; bonds for refunding and for costs of additionalprojects.

The Authority may provide for the issuance of refunding bonds of theAuthority for the purpose of refunding any bonds then outstanding that havebeen issued under the provisions of this article, including the payment ofany redemption premium thereon and any interest accrued or to accrue to thedate of redemption of bonds. The issuance of the bonds, the maturities andother details thereof, the rights of the holders thereof, and the rights,duties and obligations of the Authority in respect of the same shall begoverned by the provisions of this article insofar as they may be applicable.
