§ 2.2-2268. Proceedings by bondholder or trustee to enforce rights.

Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this article or any of thecoupons appertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement,except to the extent the rights herein given may be restricted by the trustagreement or the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds, may,either at law or in equity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding,protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws of the Commonwealth orgranted hereunder or under the trust agreement or resolution, and may enforceand compel the performance of all duties required by this article or by thetrust agreement or resolution to be performed by the Authority or by anyofficer thereof, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of rates,fees, and other charges.
