§ 2.2-2271. Grants or loans of public or private funds.

The Authority may accept, receive, receipt for, disburse, and expend federaland state moneys and other moneys, public or private, including proceeds ofthe Authority's bonds, made available by grant or loan or both, toaccomplish, in whole or in part, any of the purposes of this article. Allfederal moneys accepted under this section shall be accepted and expended bythe Authority upon such terms and conditions as are prescribed by the UnitedStates and as are consistent with state law; and all state moneys acceptedunder this section shall be accepted and expended by the Authority upon suchterms and conditions as are prescribed by the Commonwealth.
