§ 2.2-2274. Resolutions, rules and regulations, etc.

The Authority may adopt, amend, and repeal such reasonable resolutions,rules, regulations, and orders as it deems necessary for the management,government, and use of any facility owned by it or under its control. Norule, regulation, order, or standard prescribed by the Authority shall beinconsistent with, or contrary to, any law of the Commonwealth or act of theCongress of the United States or any regulation adopted or standardestablished pursuant thereto. The Authority shall keep on file at theprincipal office of the Authority for public inspection a copy of all itsrules and regulations.
