§ 2.2-2276. Eminent domain; right of entry.

The Authority is vested with the power of eminent domain and may exercise itfor the purposes set forth in this article. If the owner, lessee, or occupierof any property to be condemned or otherwise acquired refuses to remove hisproperty therefrom or give up possession, the Authority may proceed to obtainpossession in any manner provided by law.
