§ 2.2-2301. Purchase of bonds of Authority.

The Authority, subject to the provisions in proceedings relating tooutstanding bonds as may then exist, may purchase bonds out of any fundsavailable therefor, which shall thereupon be cancelled, at any reasonableprice which, if the bonds are then redeemable, shall not exceed theredemption price (and premium, if any) then applicable plus accrued interestto the redemption date thereof.
