§ 2.2-2303. Signatures of prior members or officers; validity.

In the event that any of the members or officers of the Board cease to bemembers or officers of the Board prior to the delivery of any bonds signed bythem, their signatures or facsimiles thereof shall nevertheless be valid andsufficient for all purposes as if they had remained in office until suchdelivery.
