§ 2.2-2306. Bondholder protection.

Subsequent amendments to this article shall not limit the rights vested inthe Authority with respect to any agreements made with, or remedies availableto, the holders of bonds issued under this article prior to the enactment ofthe amendments until the bonds, together with all interest thereon, and allcosts and expenses in connection with any proceeding by or on behalf of theholders, are fully met and discharged.
