§ 2.2-2308. Expenses of Authority; liability of Commonwealth or politicalsubdivision prohibited.

All expenses incurred by the Authority in carrying out the provisions of thisarticle shall be payable solely from funds provided under this article, andnothing in this article shall be construed to authorize the Authority toincur indebtedness or liability on behalf of or payable by the Commonwealthor any of its other political subdivisions.
