§ 2.2-2326. Sovereign immunity.

No provisions of this article nor act of the Authority, including theprocurement of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a waiver of anysovereign immunity to which the Authority or its directors, officers,employees, or agents are otherwise entitled.
