§ 2.2-2432. Forms of accounts and records; audit; annual report.

The accounts and records of the Board showing the receipt and disbursement offunds from whatever source derived shall be in a form as prescribed by theAuditor of Public Accounts. The Auditor of Public Accounts, or his legallyauthorized representatives, shall annually examine the accounts and books ofthe Board.

The Board shall submit an annual report to the Governor and General Assemblyon or before November 1 of each year. The report shall contain the auditedannual financial statements of the Board for the year ending the precedingJune 30.
