§ 2.2-2510. Agency supervision; employment of personnel; budget preparation.

The Governor may appoint a Director who shall serve at his pleasure. TheDirector may employ the personnel required to assist the Commission in theexercise and performance of its powers and duties. The Director shallsupervise and manage such personnel and shall prepare, approve and submit allrequests for appropriations, and be responsible for all expenditures pursuantto appropriations.
